Dave will present an overview of Lean principles which should be treated as the organization's Lean Constitution, the framework and foundation that your Lean strategy is built upon. Dave will also introduce the MWCC Lean Peer Group Program which, due to the current virtual format, is now open to companies regardless of location.

Dave Rizzardo has been the Associate Director of MWCC since 2014. In 2012, he co-developed the Lean Peer Group service and has been facilitating multiple groups since that time. His Lean experience predates the time when Lean became synonymous with business excellence, and his recently published book is titled Lean - Let's Get It Right! How to Build a Culture of Continuous Improvement. Dave also works directly with organizations in helping them on their Lean journeys of excellence.
